Application and selection
Husqvarna Group´s Global Trainee Program has three different application dates to suit local conditions. The positions are announced under “Job Openings” some weeks prior to the last application date.
Husqvarna Group has a thorough selection process to find candidates that are likely to enjoy and be successful in the working environment we offer. The process contains several steps which include ability tests and meetings, where we take into consideration the applicants formal background as well as personality. Successful trainees shall have a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other relevant disciplines and less than three years of relevant work experience.
Husqvarna Group is present in 40 countries and our corporate language is English, therefore, strong English skills and fluency in an additional language is preferred, as well as previous international experience. Mobility and flexibility are required both during and after the program.
The ideal trainee is a self-motivated and creative problem-solver who enjoys teamwork and networking in an international environment. Additionally, you must also demonstrate a strong desire to add value and to learn, as well as possess strong analytical and organizational skills to effectively follow multiple parallel projects.
