Husqvarna Group conducts annual employee satisfaction surveys to improve team work environment, employee engagement and manager’s communication and leadership abilities.
Through the survey each team identifies prioritized actions locally to work on throughout the year. The survey results is also analyzed on a Group level in order to identify key focus areas for improvement. In 2014, approximately 10,854 employees were invited to take part in the survey, which was translated into 14 languages. As many as 90 percent of the Husqvarna Group's employees participated in the annual employee survey. On an aggregated Group level, the results show:
- Significant increase in knowledge about and belief in the Group strategy. The perception of how the Group is managed also improved.
- All questions related to communication improved, especially timely information from managers.
- Working climate improved.
