Global Trainee Program
The Global Trainee Program is a two-year development program attracting graduates from all over the world. The program consist of four six-month rotation assignments, including one abroad, and a number of training modules.
The Group’s foundational leadership program providing new managers, or those who wish for a refresher, with a solid platform for their leadership and practical tools and methods to use in their daily work.
A selective and customized program intended to provide managers in, or preparing for, senior roles in a regional or international context with the right learning and tools to strengthen the impact that they and their teams have on reaching the 2020 Group Strategy.
Future Executives Program
Highly tailored senior leader program held together with London Business School. Currently under development with launch October 2017.
