It was founded after the World War II, in 1948 with the vision that one person, one internship at the time, could change the world. An impact on the world, they sure do. In 2015, AIESEC’s youth leaders were invited to the United Nations headquarters to get more youth involved in the implementation process of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. Today AIESEC, a non-governmental and not-for-profit organization, has grown into being present in 127 countries with more than 44,000 members.
