Our recruitment process
- Apply
- All our open positions are available here on our website and often on other recruitment sites. You apply directly from the site.
- Interview
- This step can vary a little but our principles are always the same. The interviews are competence-based and our interviewers consist of a diverse team.
- Assessment
- To help us determine your fit with our culture and role specific expectations we will ask you to do a Behavioral Assessment and sometimes also a Cognitive Assessment.
- References
- We will ask you to provide us with 2-3 references.
- Offer
- This is the last step in our hiring process. You always hear back from us, regardless if you are offered the position or not.
expand_less Will you let me know when a job has been filled?
We always try to keep you updated on your application and status in a recruitment, but we are all humans and sometimes we make mistakes. If you get the feedback that you are no longer in our recruitment process, then our Recruiters might reach out to you in the future if we find a different potential match for your skills, interests, and experiences.
expand_less I applied for a position 6 months ago, do you keep my application for future positions?
Because of GDPR and other legislations we are not allowed to keep applicant data for an indefinite period of time. The retention period is based on GDPR or other local laws.

expand_less What are the application deadlines?
expand_less In the application form you ask about my gender. Why?
We ask this only because of statistical reasons and your answer will not be connected to your application. We strive towards gender equality in both our teams and leader positions and are also included in our Diversity & Inclusion Targets we have committed to

- For each employer you state, add a short description about them.
- Be specific about projects you have worked on or managed. What was the outcome? How did you measure success?

expand_less I have applied to a position within Product Design. Why do you need my portfolio?
expand_less Can I prepare for the interview?
Taking the time to prepare for an interview in advance can help you ace the interview. From our side there are a few things we consider important: Do your values align with our values? Are you collaborative? These are the questions we will be asking ourselves as we interview you.
Our interview approach is competence-based which is more systematic and each question target a skill needed for the job. Having this approach encourages a selection that looks past gender, age, ethnicity etcetera (discriminatory grounds) and it also reduces the focus on other irrelevant factors (hobbies, children, etcetera).
We want to understand how your mind works, how you interact with a team, and what your strengths are.
expand_less I have to do a case. Can I prepare for it?
You will receive an email from us with instructions and what we expect from you.
The step usually includes:
- Introduction and preparation – you will be briefed on the business case and you will have 1-2 weeks to prepare your solution.
- Presentation – you will present your solution to the Hiring Manager and the Recruiter.
We have this step to gain a better understanding of how you act and think in a real-like business scenario.
expand_less Why do I have to take a behavioral assessment test?
The Behavioral assessment helps us understand candidates’ behavioral drives.
The better a person’s natural motivating drives and needs fit a particular job – the higher job satisfaction and performance.
The behavioral assessment we use in most cases is the PI Behavioral Assessment which is an untimed, free choice, stimulus-response tool that measures an individual’s motivating drives and needs.
The assessment has been used by thousands of businesses around the globe for more than 60 years to align their people strategy to their business strategy. The PI Behavioral Assessment is a proven solution audited and certified by DNV in accordance with the strict EFPA (The European Federation of Psychologists Associations) guidelines.
expand_less Why do I have to take a cognitive assessment test?
Being able to absorb new information, adapt to changing situations, solve problems and process complex information, are important aspects of most jobs. Performance within these areas and pace of learning are strongly associated with successful on-the-job performance and this is what the PI Cognitive Assessment test measures.
expand_less What is a cognitive assessment?
PI Cognitive Assessment is a web-based assessment available in 80 languages, measuring a person’s general cognitive ability. PI Cognitive Assessment contains verbal, numerical and abstract questions. PI Cognitive Assessment is scientifically validated, culture neutral and takes 12 minutes to complete. Each assessment is unique as it is generated dynamically from a large pool of questions.
