Share capital development

At year-end 2025, the share capital in Husqvarna AB (publ) amounted to SEK 1,153 million, comprising 107,824,905 A-shares and 468,518,873 B-shares. All the company's shares are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and have been issued in accordance with the Swedish Companies Act (2005:551). The full development of the company’s share capital since its incorporation in 2006 can be found below.

A- and B-shares

Shares in Husqvarna comprise two series: A and B. One A-share entitles the holder to one vote, and one B-share to one tenth of a vote. Each voter may vote for the full number of shares held, without limitation.
All shares carry equal rights to dividend and capital.
