American Depositary Receipts

In order to make the Husqvarna share more readily available to American investors, there is a sponsored level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program for Husqvarna's B-share in the US. The ADRs, which each represent two ordinary B-shares of the Company, are publicly traded in the U.S. on the OTC Market, under symbol HSQVY.

The ADR is a U.S. dollar denominated security, and the associated dividends are paid to the ADR holder in U.S. dollars.
