At Husqvarna Group, we’re always looking to improve the performance of our products. To support us in this work, we need partners that can offer us new ideas, new perspectives and new technologies.

Ekkono is one example of a start-up that we collaborate with. Together with them we have defined a proof-of-value project and more ideas are in the pipeline – some of which will probably be incorporated into our products in the years to come.

Ekkono has provided competence in the area of Edge AI which essentially means that intelligence algorithms can come to be integrated in our products. The algorithms are then able to directly interpret data in the products and send feedback to, for example, the operator. This will enable us to further improve the performance of our products and enhance the customer experience.
