Expanding our professional offering with new demolition robots
Two new remote-controlled demolition robots are joining Husqvarna Construction’s professional portfolio. Combining the power of much larger similar machine types with a compact format, the launch strengthens our offering in a market with attractive growth potential and puts our 2030 Strategy into action.
Across Husqvarna Group, professional solutions is a prioritized growth area. By offering opportunities for profitable growth, stronger aftermarket potential, and reduced seasonality, professional solutions allow us to build on our technology, expertise, and close understanding of professional customers.
The latest addition to Husqvarna Construction’s portfolio is a strong example of that direction.
Power and performance in a compact format
The new DXR 705 and DXR 715 are designed for demanding demolition and industrial applications. Weighing less than five tons, they combine a compact format with the power and performance that challenge significantly larger machines.
The launch expands the DXR range to seven remote-controlled demolition robots and is accompanied by several new tools and attachments that broaden the applications that customers can address with the platform.
“With these two models, we can offer a complete range of demolition robots and a breadth of solutions that can open up more opportunities for our customers,” says Fredrik Linnell, Vice President Product Management, Light Demolition.

Strategy in action
For Husqvarna Group, this is a clear example of strategy in action: investing in professional categories with strong structural demand, using innovation to solve real customer challenges, and building opportunities for profitable growth across both products and aftermarket.
The new robots will be produced at our factory in Åsbro, Sweden, with sales starting in Q4 2026 and rolling out gradually across our markets.
