This year the Group participated for the first time in the Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day initiative! For a full day, girls aged 16-18 joined us at our site in Huskvarna. Our mission? To inspire them in their future career choices.

“Being a part of this initiative is a great opportunity for us to get to know the next generation and to inspire girls to work with tech and engineering. Raising awareness of the endless possibilities there are working within these areas” Mi Nyberg Johnsson, Vice President Talent Management, comments.

Introduce a girl to engineering day is an initiative from Womengineer to increase interest in technology and engineering amongst young girls. This year over 2000 girls participated all-over Sweden.
