Last week, employees at Husqvarna Group in Sweden started a local initiative to support refugees.

"People who are leaving their homes and lives behind, they do not need our tears – they need our support. We can support them by donating money."

The initiative has been anchored with local management and when employees donate 150 SEK, the company matches by adding another 300 SEK. In less than one day, 800 people responded.
