The Husqvarna Group policy is to consider an unsolicited idea only when the idea is the subject matter of an issued patent or a publicly available published patent application. Further Husqvarna Group does not intend to hold your unsolicited idea in confidence.

Husqvarna Group would, however, be pleased to review your idea, provided that it is the subject matter of an issued patent or a publicly available published patent application. Should that be the case, please do not hesitate to complete the Patent Information Declaration (downloadable to the right).
