Change in Husqvarna Group's Management Team

Husqvarna Group announces that its General Counsel, Brian Belanger, will be leaving the Group and that Sophie Jonsson will be appointed as his successor, effective May 31, 2025.

At the same time, I am pleased to welcome Sophie as our new Group General Counsel. Her broad experience and proven track record, combined with a deep knowledge of our Company, make her the ideal candidate for this role,” says Pavel Hajman, CEO Husqvarna Group.

 

Brian joined Husqvarna Group in 2006 and has been General Counsel and a member of Group Management since 2015. He is leaving the group to pursue an external opportunity. Sophie has been employed with the Husqvarna Group since 2010 and has been the Divisional General Counsel for the Husqvarna Forest & Garden Division since 2018. Sophie will join the Group Management team, reporting to the Group CEO.
