According to Husqvarna AB’s articles of association, owners of Class A shares have the right to have such shares converted into Class B shares. Conversion reduces the total number of votes in the company. When such a conversion has occurred, Husqvarna AB is required under the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act to disclose information regarding the change.

At the request of shareholders, a total of 101 Class A shares were converted into a total of 101 Class B shares in September 2026.

 

As of September 30, 2026, the last day of trading in the month, the total number of registered shares in the company amounted to 576,343,778 shares, divided into 107,532,804 Class A shares and 468,810,974 Class B shares. The total number of votes amounted to 154,413,901.4 based on the number of registered shares.
