Sara Tollin

Sara's passion for the environment and sustainability originates from her childhood, with a family that had an appreciation for nature and outdoor experiences. This early influence shaped her academic and career decisions and ultimately led her to Husqvarna Group and a position within the Group Sustainability team.

Sara Tollin joined Husqvarna Group as a sustainability consultant in 2021. A year later, she was offered a role within the Group Sustainability team as Head of Circular Target - an offer she couldn’t resist. 
 

“To me, this was more than just a career move; this was a chance to drive real change.” 

Sara was drawn to Husqvarna Group by the mix of a company known for high-quality products, a strong commitment to sustainability, and perhaps most importantly, a manager who not only listened to her ideas but actively fostered a culture of open and honest discussions.

- Being part of a company that commits to exploring all aspects of the circular framework even if this is a relatively new area with limited standardization is very fulfilling. However, my role is not without its challenges. This is the start of a long journey, but I’m convinced that our dynamic and open environment is a success factor for us. In our team, there is a foundation of trust and that is a strength. 

In her role, Sara has a clear mission; supporting the Husqvarna Group in reaching 50 Circular Innovations. To be at the forefront of sustainability requires a steadfast commitment, especially in challenging times.
