It has been five years since Shelly Azizollahi started her career at Husqvarna Group. Today she works as a Project Coordinator, acting as a cohesive link between different departments during new product development projects. Throughout the projects, Shelly has an important role in supporting the Project Manager and executing all aspects of component planning, striving to launch the products according to timeline, budget, and scope despite everything our challenging world throws at us.

– I’m pretty vocal as a person and find it comfortable to speak my mind, which has proven to be quite advantageous in my role. In the process of making decisions and progressing, having someone step up and exhibit confidence seems to be something that people value and welcome.
According to Shelly, employee engagement is about more than a satisfying work environment. It is a journey that encompasses every interaction you have with your workplace. Engaging in fun activities outside of work can be equally important, and that’s where Husqvarna Group stands out.
– Spending time together is crucial because it helps you see each other in a different light, which allows you to connect in a different setting. That's why I decided to actively promote our local activity group, “Kapklubben”, for our employees here in Jonsered. The purpose behind it is to bring people together by engaging in fun activities, such as sporting events, workshops, and lunches.
When Shelly started her employment at Husqvarna Group in 2018, she was impressed by the innovation and dedication she witnessed. Four and a half years later, she feels that same sense of pride and passion.
– When I started, I remember thinking that if there is any company that could overcome anything, it is this one. We are bold and do what we need to stay on top. The environment is pragmatic and hands-on, and that mentality resonates well with who I am. Passion comes from believing in your products, which is easy when you have our strong portfolio.
