Our approach: Reducing emissions across the value chain  

Our 2030 Carbon target is an absolute target. It reflects total CO2 emissions reductions across Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3. It covers the full value chain - from materials and suppliers to our own operations, and product use. Carbon offsetting is not included when reporting progress against this target.

Upstream – Materials & Suppliers
We focus on increasing the share of low-carbon materials and actively engaging suppliers on climate action.

Own Operations – Our Facilities
Across our factories and major sites, we prioritize energy efficiency and the increased use of renewable energy. We reduce emissions through smarter production, electrification, and renewable heating solutions.

Downstream – Product Use
We reduce emissions from product use by accelerating electrification and integrating low-carbon design. Through CO2 forecasting and earlier integration of sustainability in product development, we ensure that future offerings are aligned with our 2030 target.
