Josefin Carlsson, After Sales Marketing Manager at Husqvarna Division, has her main focus on communication in the post purchase phase with service offerings, spare parts and accessories. She has played an important role in putting focus on service offerings by launching Husqvarna Care™, a concept which will add value to our products with services like extended warranties, leasing and subscription models.
– Shaping a great customer experience post purchase is something I feel passionate about. Servitization is a mega trend today, and as a company we need to be part of that transformation by shifting focus from products to solutions. It is the way forward for us to add value to our customers throughout the product life cycle.
As Josefin is working in a global function, collaboration is key. She shares insights with people across the organization – from sales companies to other central functions. And she appreciates the positive attitude and willingness to support each other within the Group.
